Adv. Barak Bing was qualified as an Adv. in 2004 and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) from the College of Law and Business in Ramat Gan.
Adv. Bing is married, a father of two daughters, and serves in the IDF reserve duty as a major in a special unit.
Adv. Bing specializes in real estate transactions of all types, including testing the economic and legal feasibility, drafting sale and management agreements, and ongoing management of the asset involving vis-à-vis communication with the tenants, the management company, the tax authorities, the banking system, the municipal authority and any other relevant institution.
Among others , Adv. Bing and the department he heads specialize in facilitating formalities involved in the process of improvement of assets, including planning and construction procedures, promotion of urban building schemes, communication with the Israel Land Administration, execution of existing construction rights to the asset, and comprehensive management of the asset.
Adv. Bing has accumulated considerable experience in carrying out refinancing procedures for existing loans related to real estate assets, directly with the Israeli banking and government organizations, as part of the activities aimed at improvement of the asset’s financial position and profitability.
Adv. Bing joined our firm as an attorney in 2004 and became a partner in 2005.
